1. Acceptance
By using Yohaanei, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and anyone who accesses Yohaanei.
2. What Yohaanei is (and is not)
Yohaanei is an AI-assisted productivity and mental clarity tool. It is designed to help you sort your thoughts — not to replace professional care.
- → Not a medical service. Yohaanei is not a substitute for professional mental health support, therapy, or medical advice.
- → Not a crisis service. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, please contact a professional helpline or emergency services.
- → AI limitations. Classifications are generated by AI and may occasionally be inaccurate. They are suggestions, not instructions.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- → Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the service or its AI.
- → Submit content designed to manipulate, jailbreak, or exploit the AI models.
- → Use the service to generate content that is harmful, illegal, or designed to harm others.
- → Circumvent rate limits, security controls, or any protective measures.
- → Impersonate other individuals or provide false information.
We reserve the right to block access to users who abuse the service.
4. Your content
Everything you type into Yohaanei belongs to you. We do not claim any ownership or rights over your content. Your brain dump text is processed transiently by AI and is never stored in our systems (see our Privacy Policy).
5. Intellectual property
The Yohaanei name, logo, design system, prompts, and codebase are owned by Yohaanei. You may not reproduce or distribute them without written permission. The AI classification results generated for you are yours to use freely.
6. Rate limits and fair use
To keep Yohaanei available for everyone, we apply daily usage limits per IP address. These limits are clearly communicated in the product. We reserve the right to adjust limits at any time to maintain service quality.
7. Availability
We strive to keep Yohaanei running reliably, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may perform maintenance, updates, or experience downtime. We are not liable for any loss resulting from service unavailability.
8. Disclaimer of warranties
Yohaanei is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the AI classifications will always be accurate, complete, or suitable for your situation.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Yohaanei and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to use the service (which, for a free service, is zero).
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated to waitlist subscribers. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by applicable law. For GDPR-related matters, EU law applies to users in the European Economic Area. Any disputes shall be resolved in good faith before resorting to formal proceedings.
